Purpose and availability
Prospect Gmail Metadata is a private integration operated by John Lelis for his own CRM workflow and the single authorized mailbox john.lelis@evocon.com. It is not a public email service, public registration service or subscription offering. These pages provide information about its operation.
Authorization and permitted operation
Gmail access requires authorization by the mailbox owner through Google. The requested permission is limited to gmail.metadata. The integration reads metadata for contact matching, email timestamps and reply detection; it does not read or store email bodies, snippets or attachments, send email, or modify, move or delete Gmail messages.
Personally sent corporate email may support guarded creation or linking of private CRM records. Ambiguous identities and conflicting employer evidence are held for review. Existing human CRM business decisions remain authoritative. Any LinkedIn follow-up supported by the private workflow is a manual task, not automatic sending.
Google/Gmail, Railway, Attio and Apollo are separate third-party services. Only the explicitly authorized mailbox and authorized data may be connected. This integration is not a public SaaS offering.
Human review and service changes
Synchronization results depend on the available source records and metadata and may require human review. John remains responsible for business decisions and any outreach he performs. The integration may be paused or changed for maintenance, security or operational reasons; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Ending access
The mailbox owner may revoke Google authorization at any time. This stops future Gmail access but does not automatically delete existing CRM records or stored synchronization state. Data handling and contact details are explained in the Privacy Policy.
